Summary/Objective

FlooringBuyer.com independent contractors are responsible for always providing excellent customer service.

The selected applicant will undergo training at the Rancho Cordova, CA. location and then utilize a FlooringBuyer.com wrapped vehicle to prospect and sell flooring in a predetermined territory. Applicant will be given leads from said territory from geofenced marketing and advertising campaigns and will be responsible for personal lead generation.

The successful applicant will: follow all leads, contact client, meet with client at their location, guiding the client with product recommendations, measure the client location, input material order into the FlooringBuyer.com system, update client on product availability and arrival schedule, schedule install, coodinate with installer to accomplish the install, and follow up with client after install to ensure satisfaction.

  • Providing excellent customer service to FlooringBuyer.com clients and guiding them through the selection process.
  • Check samples out, and/or schedule measures using the correct methods and procedures for optimal outcomes and tracking purposes.
  • Work with estimators to develop accurate bids and follow up with customers using the recommended follow up procedures to close the sale.
  • Order entry, including assigning product to available inventory as available, or initiating special orders as needed, then setting appropriate transfer dates.
  • Maintain open orders and quotes according to company policy to help ensure timely follow up, customer satisfaction, discover inventory discrepancies, and maximize potential sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle for professional appearance.

Current drivers license
