Our Interior floors and carpet really needed an update after it's last one 15-20 years ago. We went to several flooring / carpet places in the area. Gustavo helped us look at options and politely answered miles and miles of questions! This is not a small investment. Besides decision assistance, Gustavo is also one of the estimators - and he did do our estimate. This is where the details really matter. Because he has had previous experience as an installer, I really felt he knew what he was talking about on how to best execute.
