Our Interior floors and carpet really needed an update after it's last one 15-20 years ago. We went to several flooring / carpet places in the area. Gustavo helped us look at options and politely answered miles and miles of questions! This is not a small investment. Besides decision assistance, Gustavo is also one of the estimators - and he did do our estimate. This is where the details really matter. Because he has had previous experience as an installer, I really felt he knew what he was talking about on how to best execute. After several estimates it became clear that Flooring Buyer was the best choice in terms of value! The communication was flawless, they stuck to the schedule and the work was extremely high quality. I will be recommending Carpets Plus to all of my clients! I ordered Coretec flooring and had it installed by Carpets Plus.
