Ideal Candidates will have connections in Flooring and some level of business relationships already built, in order to maximize earnings. At times, leads are provided from Flooring Buyer as well.

You’ll have your own phone number and website, and market yourself through several strategies we’ll assist with, as well as your own independent strategies and efforts.

The ideal Candidate will be self-motivated, and have experience in flooring sales. This opportunity is designed for salespeople with ambitions of running their own business to be able to plug in to wholesale pricing and existing store operations, without the typical overhead and startup costs associated with starting and running a flooring store.

Your earning potential is uncapped and entirely up to you. You will receive 60% of the profit from your sales. For the first 120 days you’ll receive 100% of the profit up to a point, with normal share beyond that. As an example, $65,000 in monthly sales, would earn approximately $11,700.

This is your business. You’ll handle the sales process and manage the project. This includes sales, estimating, placing material orders, scheduling installers, and working with measure square and q-floors. You’ll also handle any after-service.
